Carrie Chandler
Owner and Head Instructor Carrie Chandler is a National Team Coach for USA Judo and was formerly the U.S. #1 ranked athlete for many years. As a competitor Carrie trained under 4x Olympian Jason Morris in upstate New York. Carrie has been an integral part in running some of the biggest Judo programs in the United States, including at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. Sensei Carrie is a 5x U.S. National Champion, Pan American Champion, multiple time World Team member and international medalist. Carrie reached a career high of being ranked #9 on the Senior World ranking list.

Olympic Dreams
CJA regularly competes at USA Judo National events and has dozens of members that have earned rankings on the Team USA National point rosters. We finished 4th in the Nation at the 2024 President's Cup National Championships.

After School Program Information
$140/Week we pick up Child at school $100/Week child is dropped off
$100 registration fee. Once per year.
Sibling Discount
You can join at any time during the school year
Payments must be made via EFT draft ONLY each Friday for the following week. We have a 30 day notice cancellation policy.
Each week kids will be learning and using Japanese Terminology
We provide healthy snacks only. No chips and soda here!
We offer homework help
We do not offer refunds for missed/sick days and do not offer daily drop in rates. Our program has a waiting list and by reserving a spot for your child, you are committing to at least 30 days
Unlike Daycare, we do not charge for school vacation weeks, For example there is no charge for Fall, Winter and Spring breaks.
Our Schedule follows the FWISD calander and we will match their closures unless otherwise specified via email or text, for example special camps during holiday breaks etc.
Doors open for drop off at 3pm. Students will be walked outside for curbside pickup beginning at 5:50pm. Parents arriving before then can come inside and sign out their child.
We have a late fee of 1.00/minute for parents arriving after 6pm however, we understand that emergencies happen and will give the benefit of the doubt once or twice to parents running a few minutes late
